I registered as a member, but did not receive the verification code

If you haven't received the authentication code during member registration, here are several possible reasons:


Incorrect Email Address

The authentication code is sent to the email address entered during registration. If the email address you provided is incorrect, you won't receive the code. Please double-check and register again with the correct email address.


Full Mailbox

If your mailbox is full, you may not be able to receive emails. Clear some space in your inbox and try requesting a resend of the authentication code by clicking the "Resend Authentication Code" button.


Junk Mail Settings

Check your email settings to ensure that emails from Engate (noreply@engate.com) are not blocked or classified as junk mail. Adjust your settings to allow these emails through. The subject of the email you should look for is "[Engate] Verify your account".


Spam Folder

Verify if the email might have been directed to your spam or junk mail folder. If found there, mark it as not spam to ensure future emails from Engate are delivered correctly.
